Upgrade your Ford Econoline van with this complete front and rear suspension lift kit, engineered specifically for E-250 and E-350 2WD models. Built for heavy-duty diesel/gas applications, this kit also works seamlessly with gasoline-powered versions. Unlike generic kits, ours is precisely sized for the correct coil spring diameters used across various E-Series configurations—no guesswork, no sagging.

⚠️ Important Fitment Notice:
Due to year-to-year suspension differences, selecting the correct model year is critical. Please provide your vehicle year and VIN at checkout to ensure the right kit ships.

Installation Instructions (Front Suspension):

Lift the front of the vehicle and support the frame—front tires should just touch the ground. Remove tires.
Remove the lower shock bolts and sway bar end link connections.
Take out both upper and lower coil spring clamp bolts/nuts with washers.
Push the axle downward until the coil spring is loose.
Remove the coil spring and its rubber isolator.
If needed, install stud extensions and the coil spring spacer. Cut the factory stud if necessary to ensure flush fitment.
Reinstall the coil spring using a spring compressor if required.
Secure the spring with upper and lower clamp bolts. Ensure proper seating in the frame.
Reattach sway bar end links and shock nuts.
Torque all bolts to factory specs. Recheck torque after 50 miles.
Reinstall front tires and lower the vehicle. Adjust headlamps.
Professional front-end alignment is recommended.
