By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from BigDickOffroad.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

1. General Terms and Conditions

BigDickOffroad.com specializes in aftermarket automotive parts, suspension systems, lift kits, off-road accessories, vehicle modifications, and related components.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that aftermarket automotive modifications may alter your vehicle’s factory specifications, performance, handling, suspension geometry, and safety characteristics.

Customers are responsible for determining product compatibility, legal compliance, and proper installation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit product quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of our services, subject to applicable law.

2. Product Information and Vehicle Compatibility

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and vehicle compatibility information.

However:

  • Product photographs may differ slightly from the actual merchandise.

  • Manufacturers may change product specifications without advance notice.

  • Vehicle compatibility may depend on model year, trim level, factory equipment, previous modifications, and other factors.

  • Some products may require additional components, modification, fabrication, or professional installation.

  • Product dimensions and specifications should be verified before purchase and installation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify vehicle compatibility before ordering.

Customers should contact BDO before purchasing if they are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for their vehicle.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

All prices listed on BigDickOffroad.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, and product description errors.

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by BDO.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error or availability issue, we will notify the customer and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be presented during checkout or before payment is completed.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Freight

BDO ships automotive parts, suspension products, and accessories using available parcel and freight carriers.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Shipping times may vary based on product availability, location, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the advertised period, or within the period required by applicable law when no shipping time is specified, we will provide the required notice and offer the customer legally required options regarding delayed shipment or cancellation and refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Freight and Delivery Inspection:

Customers should inspect packages and freight shipments upon delivery for visible damage or missing merchandise.

When possible, visible damage should be documented on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photographed before unpacking.

Please notify BDO promptly regarding missing items, concealed damage, or shipment discrepancies so we can assist with an investigation or carrier claim.

Failure to note visible damage does not automatically waive any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are subject to the return conditions disclosed for the applicable product or order, together with all rights provided by applicable law.

Customers requesting a return should contact BDO for instructions before shipping merchandise back.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law:

  • Products should be returned complete, with original packaging and included hardware when reasonably possible.

  • Installed, modified, damaged, or used components may be ineligible for discretionary returns.

  • Special-order and custom-fabricated products may have additional cancellation or return restrictions disclosed before purchase.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be nonrefundable for discretionary returns.

  • Restocking fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before purchase or return authorization.

Do not ship merchandise to BDO without first requesting return instructions.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to defective products, incorrect merchandise, applicable warranties, or other remedies required by law.

6. Installation Requirements and Professional Responsibility

Many products sold by BDO require specialized automotive knowledge, mechanical tools, proper torque procedures, alignment equipment, or professional installation.

BDO strongly recommends professional installation by a qualified automotive technician experienced with suspension and vehicle modifications.

Customers and installers are responsible for:

  • Following supplied manufacturer installation instructions.

  • Using appropriate tools, torque specifications, and safety equipment.

  • Inspecting all components before installation.

  • Verifying adequate brake line, steering, suspension, driveline, and tire clearance.

  • Performing wheel alignment when required.

  • Checking fastener tightness and component condition after installation and periodically thereafter.

  • Confirming that the completed vehicle remains safe and legally compliant.

Improper installation can result in component failure, vehicle damage, loss of control, serious injury, or death.

BDO is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized alterations, misuse, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension Lift Kits and Vehicle Modification Disclaimer

Lift kits, suspension spacers, steering components, wheel spacers, and related aftermarket products may significantly alter vehicle characteristics.

Such modifications can affect:

  • Vehicle center of gravity and rollover resistance.

  • Steering response and braking performance.

  • Suspension travel and component clearances.

  • Factory electronic stability and traction control systems.

  • Tire and wheel fitment.

  • Driveline geometry and component wear.

  • Towing capacity, payload distribution, and overall vehicle stability.

Certain products may be intended for off-road use only, depending on their design and applicable regulations.

A vehicle modified with aftermarket suspension or lift components may handle differently from its original factory configuration.

The customer is responsible for operating the modified vehicle safely, understanding its changed characteristics, and complying with all applicable requirements.

BDO does not represent that every product is approved for highway use or legal in every jurisdiction.

8. Off-Road Use and Regulatory Compliance

Certain aftermarket parts may not comply with all federal, state, or local vehicle equipment and road-use requirements.

The customer is responsible for verifying whether a product may legally be installed and used on their vehicle in the intended jurisdiction.

This includes applicable requirements concerning vehicle height, lighting, emissions, tires, suspension, steering, and other regulated equipment.

Products identified as “Off-Road Use Only” are not represented as legal for public highway use.

BDO does not authorize or encourage unlawful vehicle modifications or operation.

9. Product Warranties

Products sold by BDO may be covered by manufacturer warranties or express warranties separately provided by BDO.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claims procedures vary by product.

When a manufacturer’s warranty applies, customers may be required to follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Normal wear, improper installation, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, and use outside the product’s intended operating conditions may be excluded from applicable warranty coverage, depending on the specific warranty terms.

BDO does not make additional express warranties unless specifically provided in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BDO disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. This provision does not eliminate any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where such a disclaimer would be prohibited or ineffective under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer warranty rights.

10. Customer Responsibility and Assumption of Inherent Risks

Customers acknowledge that the installation and use of aftermarket automotive and off-road products involve inherent risks.

Such risks can include changes to handling, component wear, mechanical failure, damage to vehicle systems, and hazards associated with off-road driving.

Customers agree to use products only for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, and regulations.

Customers are responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and operating their vehicles appropriately following modifications.

Purchasing and installing aftermarket components does not eliminate the customer’s obligation to operate and maintain their vehicle safely.

This section does not waive claims arising from BDO’s negligence, defective products, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Lifeforge LLC, doing business as BDO (Big Dick Off-Road), shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, products, or services, to the extent such limitations are legally enforceable.

This may include certain claims for lost profits, business interruption, or loss of vehicle use.

These limitations do not apply to personal injury, product liability, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, violations of consumer protection law, or other claims to the extent the applicable law prohibits limiting liability.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Installation by Third Parties

BDO may sell products intended for installation by independent mechanics, fabrication shops, or automotive service providers.

Unless BDO separately contracts to provide installation services, independent installers are not employees or agents of BDO.

BDO does not supervise independent third-party installations and is not responsible for improper workmanship performed by unrelated independent installers, except where liability otherwise exists under applicable law.

Installation labor warranties and workmanship claims should ordinarily be directed to the service provider performing the work.

Product warranty claims may still be submitted to BDO or the applicable manufacturer.

13. Unauthorized Alterations and Product Misuse

Customers should not modify, weld, cut, drill, machine, or otherwise alter safety-critical suspension or steering components unless specifically permitted by the applicable manufacturer instructions.

Alterations may affect product strength, performance, and warranty eligibility.

Products must not be overloaded or used beyond their stated specifications.

BDO strongly recommends discontinuing vehicle operation immediately if a modified suspension or steering system exhibits abnormal movement, looseness, vibration, cracking, or other indications of component failure.

14. Intellectual Property

All original website content, including BDO branding, logos, original product descriptions, photographs, graphics, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Lifeforge LLC unless otherwise indicated.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of protected materials without permission is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, and product identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Website Use and Account Security

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or website systems.

  • Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with website functionality.

  • Misrepresent payment information or customer identity.

  • Use automated methods to disrupt website operations.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying BDO of suspected unauthorized access.

16. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

Customers may submit honest reviews, feedback, photographs, or other content related to products purchased from BDO.

We welcome legitimate customer feedback, including negative reviews and constructive criticism.

By voluntarily submitting content directly to BDO for public display, customers grant BDO a nonexclusive license to display and reproduce that submitted content for related website and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any agreed restrictions.

This provision does not require customers to transfer ownership of their reviews or grant BDO rights over reviews independently posted on third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to remove unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, privacy-violating, or otherwise prohibited content, consistent with applicable law.

17. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers experiencing an order, delivery, product, or billing issue are encouraged to contact BDO first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

For payment disputes, BDO may provide transaction documentation, shipping records, delivery confirmations, communications, and other relevant information to the payment processor or financial institution.

Customers retain all rights to dispute charges and seek remedies under applicable consumer protection laws and payment network rules.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s lawful chargeback rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Lifeforge LLC harmless from third-party claims arising directly from their unlawful use of the website, intentional misconduct, or unauthorized misuse or alteration of purchased products.

This provision does not require consumers to indemnify BDO for claims arising from BDO’s own negligence, defective products, breach of warranty, or other conduct for which such indemnification is prohibited by law.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, customers and BDO are encouraged to attempt an informal resolution through written communication.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising legally protected rights, filing complaints with government agencies, pursuing eligible small claims actions, or seeking other remedies available under applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

21. Changes to Terms of Service

BDO reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically.

Updated terms will be published on BigDickOffroad.com with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise expressly agreed or permitted by law.

Continued website use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
