Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all components included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom or special-order items, electrical components, and clearance/discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info/@/bigdickoffroad./com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier (unless it was our error or a damaged item).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or item:

  • Contact us first to verify availability

  • Return the original item as described above

  • A new item will be shipped once the return is received and approved

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please email photos of the packaging and item to info@bigdickoffroad.com within 3 days of delivery

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or correction

6. Restocking Fees

Some returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, especially if they are not in new condition or missing original packaging.
