🛠 Step-by-Step Install
-
Remove the stock bumper completely.
-
Position the new Aluminess bumper near the mounts and frame.
-
Hold the bumper in place and insert a bolt through the bumper and into the frame.
-
Start with one bolt on each side. Use a washer between the bolt head and bumper, and another washer between the nut and frame.
-
Use the outermost holes first—they’re easiest to access.
-
Hand-tighten these bolts so the bumper hangs in place.
-
Insert the remaining bolts from inside the bumper’s built-in toolbox area into the frame.
-
Snug all bolts down to hold the bumper up but still allow for minor adjustments.
-
Align the bumper: Make sure it’s level and centered with the van’s grille.
-
Fully tighten all bolts to spec.
✅ Final Checks
